By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both parties, but especially our business, in all client interactions.
- Service Scope and Modifications: Services provided will be in accordance with the contract or proposal agreed upon at the time of engagement. Any modifications, additions, or additional services requested by you will be subject to further fees and written approval.

If payment is not made within 60 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, and you will remain liable for all outstanding balances.
- Cancellation/Termination: You may cancel services by providing written notice, but cancellation fees may apply based on the terms of the contract. We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion, especially in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment.
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of any materials or content you provide, but we retain the right to use any completed work for marketing purposes, including in our portfolio, unless specifically stated otherwise in the agreement.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for services rendered under this agreement. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of our services or violation of any applicable law.
- Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for delays, failures, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or technological failures.
